“It’s an illogical order. I just can’t believe that they have
actually issued this order.”
“Well, it may appear illogical, but they say it’s for everyone’s
good. They want to make sure that everyone is safe…. that every law-abiding
citizen is safe.”
“They should pull up the police, the judicial officers. They
must ensure that every criminal gets convicted and quickly. But they won’t do
that. They would rather put us in cages. It’s…. it’s…….” She was so furious
that she couldn’t even find appropriate words to express her anger.
It was an impotent rage. They did comply with the order.

DeleteThey always use that excuse to tighten the control on the population. Local "public safety" millages around here never fail to pass. Mass media cultivates an illusion that breeds fear.
